My Philosophy
Health and Wellbeing are not complicated.
So let's simplify understanding them.
The world we live in is unnecessarily complex, constantly feeding our insecurities. We are expected to look a certain way, be a certain weight, and are bombarded with conflicting advise to achieve unrealistic goals. We, unfortunately, take in all this misinformation and keep yo-yoing from one diet to another, one cleanse to another, and eventually we lose the motivation, feel defeated, and end up causing serious harm to our health, digestion, gut and mental health.
Don't expect to be motivated every day. You won't be. Don't count on motivation. Count on discipline.
So why is it that despite the progress in every sphere of life, with the advancement in technology, with devices that count our steps, measure our sleep quality, detailed information on nutrition of food, of micronutrients and macros, we are in worse health than we have ever been? That is because we have over complicated our lives. We have lost the art of balance. We have removed our alignment to nature. We have stopped listening to our body.

The answer is very simple, really. My philosophy is that our body itself instinctively knows everything and can tell us what we need. We just need to stop and listen to its innate wisdom, and focus on balancing five core aspects of our lives – lifestyle, nutrition, movement, sleep, and our mind. With these in alignment, we will start healing our body. With minor changes in our lifestyle, what we eat, how much we eat, when we eat, how much we move, how deep we sleep and how calm we keep our mind, we will be able to solve a lot of the health and wellbeing issues we currently live with. It really is that simple.
